- Availability. Easiest way to affect the selling of your home is to keep it from being shown. Showing instructions that include jumping through many hoops in order for an agent to show your home is going to result in the agent and buyer taking a pass and moving on to a home that is easier to show.
- Price. It is painfully obvious now isn’t it? The best price homes are going to sell and the wishful thinking homes are going to continue to gather market dust.
